Why we started
Technology became essential. Support became impersonal. We went the other way.
In 2002, Christian started KeepConnected because neighbours needed someone they could call when their technology did not cooperate. Over the years, devices became more central to daily life, but tech support became harder to reach and more confusing when you finally got through. We kept the opposite approach: one local team that knows your name, your setup, and your history.
